Living and working in Cumbria , I explore the environment and am often inspired by the stone circles and early ancient archaeological sites around me using bright colours to create vibrant work on recycled textiles.

Using the traditional method of papermaking, I create delicate images of ancient artefacts embedded in hand-made paper and muslin. In this work I aim to create a fragile quality in my work reminiscent of fragments of decaying textiles.
